Buy To Live Mortgages (UK Property)

Certain of our products are designed and priced based upon the borrower residing in the property as opposed to a Buy to Let arrangement.

Some products will allow us to arrange finance where the intention is to use the property for own use. Generally speaking, if the intention is to purchase a property as your principal place of residence and the borrowing is in a personal name (as opposed to an offshore structure) then we would not be able to assist except for properties in Singapore and Hong Kong.

However, if the property is for occasional family use (where the borrower is presently non resident in the country of acquisition) or the property is intended as a second or holiday home, we can assist with finance.
